PRO BONO PROGRAM
I am of the opinion that my life belongs to the community, and as long as I live, it is my privilege to do for it whatever I can.
- George Bernard Shaw
In the Philippines, Ken Garcia served with the Public Attorney's Office where he had the privilege of representing indigent clients in criminal, civil, quasi-judicial cases including labor and agrarian cases before trial courts and quasi-judicial bodies. He has seen first-hand how a competent attorney can impact the lives of those less-fortunate clients and how a zealous legal representation can make a meaningful difference in their lives.
It is in this regard that he offers a significant amount of his time to pro bono work in select areas of Immigration Law. He offers legal advice and/or representation to certain permanent residents applying to become naturalized U.S. citizens and battered spouses and children seeking immigration relief.
